A personal Wheelco representative is assigned to current customers to help with part support, advice, and ordering needs. Current customers get the added benefit of ordering online anytime, often with same or next day shipping on parts.

Since Wheelco is located in several areas through the Midwest, we can get the products you need fast. With our delivery, we can get what you need in 5 days or less. As the demand to expand to different locations grows, we will meet the need. Parts: Monday – Friday 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon

Service: Monday – Friday 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

We often work with business (repair shops, garage services, refrigerating vehicles, buses, military lines) and we work with truckers, farmers, and mechanics. It doesn’t matter if you own a business or if you are a direct customer, the process is the same. Wheelco works with you to create an account so that you can get the products you need online, over the phone, or in person. Additionally, if you need a vehicle serviced, we can do that as well.

Reason #4: Various Shipping and Delivery Options

We understand that when you need parts and don’t have them, it cuts your bottom line. You need to get trucks back on the road, quickly. That is why we have delivery routes set up for many of our locations to deliver directly to you. However, if you need a special part or if you are in an area not on our route, we will happily hire third party delivery trucks to meet you where you are at. We proudly ship to the Midwest, but we also ship internationally.

Our shipping practices, frequency, and stopping points set us apart from the competition. Daily delivery is our goal. We want to get you the parts you ordered the same day or next day. However, we do offer 5-day delivery. We do take special orders, but as they are different from our usual inventory, delivery times and prices vary. Can’t make it into a location to order? We can send a sales representative directly to you.

Wheelco has mechanical engineers on staff. When you need a custom part, we can ensure that the product or kit we create for them is ideal. We stock OEM parts and kits for customers. While Wheelco sells only the highest quality products, we recognize sometimes parts need to be returned or exchanged. Your changing needs are what we want to meet. No matter if the part is no longer needed or you’d like a different option, our staff is happy to help you return your parts with a hassle-free process. Manufacturer warranties are available for many part options to help if returns are required after 90 days. Wheelco will help be the middleman to communicate warranty questions between you and the manufacturer, if needed.
